Just 3 years ago the female players of Petanque world was in another city by the black sea region of Turkey; Samsun! Spain, beating Thailand in the final match took the gold medal in Samsun. The ladies left Samsun definitely with good memories.

TUNUSİA AND THAİLAND WİNS!

The Two World Championships ended with the victory of Thailand. After loosing against Tunisia in women's final, Thailand won against Germany in juniors' final.

AZEMA VİSİTED ANTALYA

FIPJP President Claude AZEMA visited Antalya and Kemer to have some meetings concerning the preperations of World Women and Juniors Petanque Championships.

TURKEY USED TO PETANQUE!

Although it is a new member in FIPJP (since 2006), Turkey has hosted Women's World Petanque Championship in Samsun in 2008; and Men's World Petanque Championship in İzmir in 2010.
